In York County, United Way of York County is a policy leader in the nonprofit community because we assess needs in York County and work with others to address the root causes of the most pressing problems caused by the effects of poverty on education, income and health. At the state and federal level, we partner with the United Way of Pennsylvania and United Way of America on public policy issues of interest to all of us.
